The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving the Apps and Services within those Apps and Services. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

IntroductionThis End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the user) and Triad ATS, governing your use of the apps and services we provide, including any updates, supplements, and related services provided by Triad ATS. By accessing or using Triad ATS apps and service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you should stop using all apps and service provided by Triad ATS.App UseLicense Grant:
Triad ATS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Triad ATS apps and services on your personal device for your own personal use.
Restrictions: You may not:
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of Triad ATS.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of Triad ATS apps and service.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, distribute, or sublicense Triad ATS apps and services to any third party.
Use Triad ATS apps and services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Use Triad ATS apps and services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Triad ATS apps and services or any server, network, or other equipment connected to or used to provide the Triad ATS apps and services.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of Triad ATS apps and services.
Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means to access Triad ATS apps and services.
Personal Responsibility: While Triad ATS apps and services are for storing and easily accessing app data, it is not responsible for the misuse of that data by the user.Subscription ServicesSubscription Options: Triad ATS offers subscription options that provide access to premium features, such as [cloud storage, data sharing, and online backups].
Payment and Billing: If you choose to subscribe, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee to your chosen payment method. Subscription fees are typically recurring, meaning they automatically renew upon the renewal date.

Each party shall bear their own costs of arbitration.Changes to this EULATRIAD ATS may revise this EULA from time to time. The most current version of the EULA will always be available on Triad ATS website.
